Friends of the Flint Library Reveal Gift to Members

Sarah Goddard Haywood of Boxford, former employee of the Flint Public Library, 2004 Masco graduate and Pensacola Christian College graduate with a BS in Broadcast Communications, proudly displays the library bag that members of the Friends of the Flint who make a donation over $50 will receive. Sarah is the artist who drew the amazing picture of the new library entrance that adorns the bag. Sarah is the daughter of well-known Boxford artist, Amber St. Clare Haywood, who owns Goose Rocks Tile Studio. Sarah herself continues drawing with portrait work and animation specialties as her focus. The bags were printed by NEATCO in Peabody.

Money raised through the Friends of the Flint membership campaign generates the funding for the programs offered at the library.  This campaign has taken on a new importance as we now have a facility that will permit additional programming.
